The group she formed was a musical one while still in high school and got an opportunity to take part in an audition for music producer Evan Rodgers who was highly amazed by her talent. The girl was then moved from the city of her birth to New York to start a profession as a full-time singer. Rihanna rapidly became a household name when she released her debut album. The young crowd was captivated by her songs with a catchy sound that made them tap their feet. This led Rihanna into the film industry. Young and talented, Rihanna is now regarded as a popular teen star and model. Rihanna is also putting her fame to good use and is active in a variety of charity causes.
